Now Hiring: EXPERIENCED Remodel CARPENTER

Ashland Builders is looking to make an addition to the team!

We're a small, tight-knit group of carpenters remodeling homes and building additions in Ashland, Oregon (occasionally as far as Medford). We take pride in quality craftsmanship and treating both clients and crew right.

What You'll Do

• Handle all aspects of home construction — framing, finish carpentry, doors and windows, decks, trim, and everything in between

• Work on remodels and additions from start to finish

• Read and work from plans

• Keep job sites organized, safe, and on schedule

• Help coordinate with subcontractors

• Order and track materials, and keep an eye on job costs

What We're Looking For‍ ‍

• Solid, hands-on experience across residential remodeling and construction

• Own reliable transportation and basic hand/power tools

• A good communicator who can work well with clients, crew, and subs

• Someone who takes pride in their work and shows up reliably

• Have experience leading or managing a small crew of carpenters

• Location: Ashland, OR (occasional jobs in Medford)

• Employment type: Full-time, hourly

• Pay: DOE (depends on experience)
